Enjoyed the room a lot because it had everything I needed, and the bed was super cozy 😊. the location was great since it was close to both the train station and the snow monkeys park.

The staff was very friendly and offered us a ride to where we wanted to visit! Food was good and a lot!

During our recent trip, we stayed at a cozy hotel located in the heart of a popular tourist destination in Nagano. The hotel was only a short distance away from the famous snow monkey park, and our host was kind enough to personally pick us up from the train station in the cold weather. Our room was large with a lovely Japanese-style decor and a comfortable bed. The onsen was a great way to relax after a long day. The only down point was the lack of a kitchen or bar, but with so many restaurants around, it wasn't a big issue.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to almost everything, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is perfect to spend some time away from the city life. The value for money is great, with all the facilities and a delicious breakfast included. The staff is attentive and the rooms on the lower floors are cozy, with western beds and even legs warmer under the table.

No negatives, everything was just fine.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel & Resort Kiyomizu Bozanso in Yamanouchi. The owner, Heday, was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make our trip memorable. He even picked us up from Yudanaka Station and drove us to the Monkey Park, which made getting around very convenient. The traditional breakfast was delicious, and we loved using the onsen with its natural hot springs water. The communal kitchen was also a great addition.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and were always willing to provide helpful information about the local area. The hotel is conveniently located near Yudanaka train station, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view from the lower floors. I especially enjoyed the cozy kotatsu and the western beds provided for a comfortable night's sleep. The included breakfast was a great way to start the day.

The hotel is a decent place to stay with nice staff. The location is convenient to explore the city. The breakfast is a plus point, and pick up from the local train station is great. The hotel room is spacious with a fridge and beds are comfortable.

The hotel staff didn't manage to clean our room properly, despite our complaints, and we had a terrible odor in the bathroom. The shower and bath were unpleasant and need proper renovation.

Complimentary tea and coffee offered in the room was a nice touch, as well as the free shuttle service to nearby attractions. Location was great as it was within walking distance to the train station. the onsen was a relaxing experience.

The room was quite small and outdated. the heating system was a bit difficult to control and we were either too hot or too cold.
